Supreme Court Lawyer Lodges Complaint Against Ranveer Allahbadia and Samay Raina

Ranveer Allahbadia Controversy:  Advocate Veenit Jindal, a lawyer at the Supreme Court has filed a complaint against Youtuber Ranveer Allahbadia and comedian Samay Raina for their crude comments on Indian societies and families at the latter’s show India’s Got Latent.

He has also asked the judiciary to ban the show for its “vulgar content” popularised in the name of dark comedy. Jindal has filed a complaint under Sections 296 and 34 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). He said that Allahbadia’s words were disrespectful towards the Indian family structure, and boundaries referring to the bond of parents and children in obscene manners.
