US Judge Stops Trump’s Administration From Deporting An Indian Student Weeks Before His Graduation
World News: The federal judge of the United States has stopped the administration of Donald Trump from deporting a 21-year-old Indian student weeks before his graduation. Krish Lal Isserdasani is an engineering student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel whose student visa was abruptly revoked by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
However, the recent order bars the Department of Homeland Security from revoking his student visa or detaining him on these grounds.
Isserdasani was arrested on 22 November 2024, on suspicion of misdemeanor disorderly conduct after he and his friends got in an argument with another group after leaving the bar.
He is set to get his graduate degree in engineering in May.
