Weather Update: IMD Predicts Severe Heat In Delhi-NCR and Uttar Pradesh

Weather Today:  The weather has been oscillating from extreme heat in the afternoon to strong and gusty winds in the evening in Delhi and its neighboring areas. While the occasional relief of cooler temperatures in the evening is welcomed the weather department has predicted worsening heat conditions in the city. 

According to the India Meteorological Department Delhi will experience severe heat in the next two days with the temperatures rising to 41-42° Celsius. The minimum temperature in the capital city was recorded at 22° Celsius, 3° above the normal. 

Uttar Pradesh is likely to experience similar weather conditions with high temperatures. Rain and strong winds are expected in Bihar, Uttarakhand till 16 April and in Uttar Pradesh from 17 April.
