British took the Kohinoor by force: Petitioner Siddiqui

Petitioner Nafis Ahmad Siddiqui, who had filed a petition against the cultural ministry's statement that Kohinoor was not stolen but was gifted to the British, on Monday argued that British took the diamond by force from Duleep Singh, Ranjit Singh's successor, after his death.
