A woman wearing a burqa threw a petrol bomb in Sopore, Kashmir, the video went viral

Now women are once again active in terrorist activities in Kashmir. This has been confirmed by a woman carrying out a petrol bomb attack on a CRPF camp in Sopore, North Kashmir on Tuesday. Police have not confirmed the attack, but a video of the attack went viral on internet media, in which the woman is clearly seen attacking. 

The CCTV footage shows the woman stopping in the middle of the road and rummaging through the purse she was carrying. She then takes out the bomb from her bag and throws it at the CRPF camp. Thereafter, she runs away from the spot.

The area was immediately cordoned off and a search was launched to nab the attacker. Security officials scanned CCTV clips to identify the attacker. The identity of the attacker has been established but she is yet to be taken into custody.  

Meanwhile, in Kulgam in South Kashmir, an Army personnel was injured after being shot from his own rifle. Official sources told news agency Kashmir Dot Com that an army personnel was injured when his own rifle went off while weapon cleaning at 34-RR camp at Behibagh area of Kulgam.

They identified him as Vishnu (SIGMIN) who has been referred to 92 base hospital for treatment.
