Adani Group Donation: In the latest development, Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy refused to receive a donation of Rs 100 Cr from the Adani Group following the US allegations against the Gautam Adani Group. Revanth Reddy clarified his government's position on the Adani fund scandal, describing it as a politically motivated issue. He discussed prioritizing state growth and youth skill development, as well as accusing the opposition of fabricating false claims.

Following the allegations against Adani in the United States, the Telangana government and Chief Minister Reddy came under fire from the Bharat Rashtra Samiti and the BJP for persistently courting the Adani Group to invest in the state. Revanth Reddy said, “Yesterday, we wrote a letter to Adani on behalf of the government, stating that the state government is not ready to accept the Rs 100 crore given by the Adani Group. I want to reiterate the decision of the state government not to accept Rs 100 crore from the Adani Group.”
