Business News: Anurag Thakur Announces Government Job For Khelo India Players

Government Jobs: Earlier, only national and international players were considered eligible for government jobs, however, recently, Union Minister Anurag Thakur announced to provide government jobs to Khelo India players, including the runner-ups and medal recipients. 

Khelo India Government Job Criteria

Kheelo India players will also be eligible for direct recruitment in Group C and Group D government jobs. The first preference will be given to athletes who have represented the country at an international event. The next preference will be given to players who have represented the country at the state and union territory’s senior and junior-level national championships. The next preference will be given to players who have won medals or have been runner-ups at the Inter-University competition in Kheelo India.
