Singham Again Box Office Day 1: Director Rohit Shetty’s most anticipated movie Singham Again roared in theatres on November 1 and didn’t disappoint. The multi-starrer movie has made a mark on the audience with its action-packed sequences, popular cameos, and many more elements. With an intense trailer exciting the audience for its release, the movie performed more than expected at the box office and successfully minted an unbelievable opening day collection. On the other hand, Singham Again clashed with Kartik Aaryan starrer Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, and both the movies are currently facing a strong competition, with Rohit Shetty’s cop flick leading the charts.

Ajay Devgn’s Singham Again grossed a stunning Rs 43.5 crore nett on its first day in India. Singham Again had an overall occupancy percentage of 65.35%, with the majority of people watching the picture in the evening (75.91%). Even morning shows had an occupancy of 39.39%, afternoon shows reached 71.90%, and night shows were 74.19%. Cities such as Jaipur, Surat, Mumbai, and Pune have the highest occupancy rates, ranging from 60 to 70%. In Mumbai, where there were 1101 shows, the occupancy was 73.50% and Delhi and NCR, with 1310 shows, saw a solid 63.00% occupancy.

Singham Again Cast

The film’s opening day collection was the highest among Rohit Shetty's cop universe films. The movie introduces many new faces along with the previous characters of cop-universe films, including Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, and Akshay Kumar, along with new characters of Deepika Padukone as Shakti Shetty, Tiger Shroff, and Arjun Kapoor, who plays the role of the antagonist. Apart from this, the movie also has a cameo of Salman Khan as Chulbul Pandey, making it more exciting and worth watching.
