Srikanth Movie First Look: Actor Rajkummar Rao is all set to make his big-screen comeback with the upcoming biopic of Srikanth Bolla titled “Srikanth”. The makers released the first look of the movie portraying Rajkummar as “Srikanth,” creating much anticipation amongst the viewers about the biographical drama. Directed by Tarun Hiranandani, the movie also stars Jyothika, Alaya F, Sharad Kelkar, and others in key roles. The first poster of the movie was much appreciated by fans as it features Rajkummar in a very different role as compared to his previous films.

The motion poster shows Rajkummar’s character running toward the line of the race with eyes closed and a big hearty smile on his face, presumably towards his goal. Sharing the poster on his Instagram account, the ‘Citylights’ actor wrote, “A journey that will inspire you to open your eyes! Aap sabka nazariya badalne aa raha hai #Srikanth.” The poster also had the music of the popular song “Papa Kehte Hai.” Along with this, the actor also shared the title and release date of the upcoming biopic, increasing excitement for further updates. The motion poster also gives a glimpse of the music of the evergreen song “Papa Kehte Hain.”
Along with fans, many celebs including Bhumi Pednekar, Tara Sutaria, and Tahira Kashyap applauded the actor and shared encouraging comments on the post. ‘Srikanth’, a T-Series and Chalk N Cheese Films production, will be released nationwide on May 10, 2024, on the occasion of Akshaya Tritiya. It is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, and Nidhi Parmar Hiranandani.

In the movie, Rajkummar Rao portrays the role of industrialist Srikanth Bolla, who crossed all the barriers and wrote his inspirational story of becoming a big name with visual impairment. Srikanth Bolla is an Indian entrepreneur and the founder of Bollant Industries, a pioneering venture that enables unskilled and differently-abled people to manufacture environmentally- friendly products. Srikanth, a Hyderabad native, was born visually impaired and faced numerous challenges as a result. In 2012, Srikanth founded Bollant Industries, a company that manufactures areca-based products and employs hundreds of people with disabilities.
