WhatsApp will soon allow you to change photo captions. The 'Caption Edit' tool is being rolled out by the corporation. Some users have already gotten this update. For the following 15 minutes, you will be allowed to alter the caption that was posted with the photo. Previously, only text messages could be updated in the app, but now you can now modify photo captions. Not only can you edit photo captions, but you can also change video, document, and GIF captions.
Users must install the latest version of the app to use this feature. Users must press and hold on to the most recent message with the caption to edit it. Following that, users can alter the caption of the media message they sent using the drop-down option. This function allows you to alter the captions of images, videos, documents, and GIF files. Users can only alter the captions for the first 15 minutes.
Some users can access the functionality if they install the most recent update of WhatsApp for iOS from the App Store or WhatsApp for Android from the Google Play Store. If you do not notice the new function after updating the app, you may have to wait a few days because the firm is rolling it out in stages. WhatsApp may soon include this capability for online users.
