Cannes 2025: Laapataa Ladies’ Nitanshi Goel Debuts At The Steps of Palais In Black And Gold Gown

Cannes 2025: Day 3 of the Cannes film festival was marked by many Indian actors, from veterans to debutantes, slaying on the red carpet in their snatched looks. Laapataa Ladies’ famed Nitanshi Goel made her stunning debut at the French Riviera in her characteristic grace and sophistication, wearing a black and golden gown by Jade by Monica and Karishna. 

The netizens are in pure awe of the actor, who is notably the youngest Indian actress to walk the red carpet of the Cannes Film Festival. 

Nitanshi Goel’s Princess Moment 

Goel was present at the 78th edition of the Festival De Cannes for the screening of the film Dossier 137 on 15 May, wearing a swoon-worthy black and gold ensemble that made her look like an absolute princess on the global stage. As the youngest Indian actress among veterans like Anupam Kher, Goel carved a place for herself with her poise and fashion, becoming one of the favourite muses of the camera.

The black and golden gown worn by Nitanshi is a custom Jade by MK featuring a strapless neckline with a corseted bodice, a cinched waist flowing into a voluminous skirt from the waist to the hem with tulle, leaving a train on the back. 

Setting the gown apart was its meticulously crafted golden floral embroidery from the corset to the mid-length of the skirt, giving Goel her absolute princess moment.

In her signature glam, Goel was styled for elegance and charm by the stylist duo Shrey and Urja with a subtle glowing dewy makeup featuring pink lips. Flushed cheeks and Kohled eyes with the hairdo of a sleek pony letting her dress shine. Minimal accessories featuring a dainty choker, serpentine earrings, and rings complemented the ensemble in harmony.

The sweet simplicity of Goel blended with the fashion statement of her outfit and poise further accentuated her fandom to hail her. Netizens were quick to leave adorable comments on her photos from Cannes. 

One user wrote, “Phool Cannes pohoch gayi ” referring to her famous role of Phool Kumari in her debut film.
